Swedish massage

This uses a firm but gentle pressure to improve the circulation, eases muscle aches and tension, improves flexibility and creates relaxation. Swedish massage employs five different movements:
- Long, gliding strokes
- Kneading of individual muscles
- Friction
- Tapping and drumming
- Creating vibration.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. It uses many of the same movements and techniques as the Swedish massage but the pressure will be more intense.

Sports Massage

Here the focus is on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.

Aromatherapy Massage

Essential oils are added to the main oil base in order to address specific needs, such as relaxation, energizing, stress-reduction and balancing.

By localising finger pressure in a rhythmic sequence on acupuncture points and meridian, the energy flow is re-established.

Ayurvedic massage

This ancient Indian massage from Vedic times is a gentle, full body massage using warm herbal oils. Long strokes are used as well as circular movements and gentle tapping, to stimulate, balance and promote well-being.
